Description
Performance Responsibilities:
1. Provide instructional leadership across all subject areas;
2. Provide leadership in the development, articulation, and implementation of an instructional program;
3. Improve the instructional program by assisting with program evaluation;
4. Assist in the coordination of relevant staff development;
5. Assist in staff development in all matters related to Ojibwe proficiency and analyze data and making
data-driven decisions based on these data
6. Prepare a wide variety of materials in both electronic and manual formats for the purpose of
curriculum support materials, documenting activities, providing written reference, and conveying
information to stakeholders.
7. Perform other support duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education.
2. Five or more years of documented successful teaching experience at the K-12 or college level.
3. Documented successful experience working with native students demonstrating deep understanding of
native cultures.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Education, or related field.
2. WI Professional Educator license.
3. Teaching experience in Ojibwe medium K-12.
4. Instructional proficiency in Ojibwe language.
